The bibliography is a contributive work : it is compilation of all entries that have been submitted by authors, notators, scholars, and notation librarians. We are now in the process to prepare our 5th volume, and we ask that you send us your entries. To facilitate work on the project, all entries should be sent as soon as possible, but no later than May 1, 2002.
