Qualitative Annotations of Scores-Revisited
Vera MALETIC

Maletic will review her classification of Phrasing types and their relationship to movement qualities (Efforts) on the basis of new examples drawn from Lester Horton's "The Beloved," and Bebe Miller's "Prey."
Performances of two groups reading selected sections without and with qualitative annotations will furter probe the issue of necessity or redundancy of qualitative annotations.
